This final project focuses on common themes and experiences from our four interviews. We decided to form this project as a podcast, as this would allow us to actively integrate individual audio clips into our discussion. Our group begins with brief introductions, followed by short summaries of our narrators and the topics we covered in each of our interviews. Some important themes we recognized were discrimination and immigration experiences among our narrators. We used these as central topics of discussion and designated 2 members per topic to dive into the correlations the theme had with their interview. The introductions as well as the specific topics allowed for us to include specific examples from the audio recordings of the interviews with our narrators. Furthermore, we concluded our discussion with each of us giving our insight on what we learned in RLG360, our overall thoughts on oral history, and what we took from this project as a whole.
